I am an Elementary School Teacher and keeping up with my littles is exhausting. I took Bifrost instead of my morning coffee and I was not expecting what I got! I usually stay away from caffeine despite lifting weights 3-4x a week however working as a social worker means late nights. This being said when in need I usually have a mini 85mg redbull and it’s not enough to get me through the day however anything above that makes me anxious and jittery.
