More Than a Tumbler

Proceeds from the sale of this commemorative tumbler will be donated to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

Tunnel to Towers was founded in honor of FDNY firefighter Stephen Siller, who lost his life on September 11, 2001 after running through the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel toward the World Trade Center to help others. Today, the Foundation continues that legacy by supporting military members, first responders, veterans, and their families.

Funds raised help support programs that:

• Provide mortgage-free homes to families of fallen first responders who leave behind young children, including families affected by line-of-duty deaths and qualifying 9/11-related illnesses.
• Build and modify mortgage-free, specially adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders, helping them regain greater independence and safety.
• Provide mortgage-free homes to Gold Star families whose loved ones made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.
• Help combat veteran homelessness through housing assistance, case management, mental-health resources, addiction services, employment assistance, and other support designed to help veterans rebuild independent lives.
• Preserve the memory and lessons of September 11, 2001 through educational and remembrance programs so future generations understand the courage, unity, and sacrifice demonstrated that day.

For its 25th anniversary remembrance in 2026, Tunnel to Towers has committed to delivering 343 mortgage-free homes in honor of the 343 FDNY members who were killed on 9/11. The Foundation also reports that its Homeless Veteran Program has assisted 17,500 homeless veterans with housing and supportive services since the program launched in 2022.
